What's included with service?
Thorough yard cleaning
Your trained technician walks your yard in a grid pattern, thoroughly scooping up all visible dog poop. They'll double check high traffic areas to ensure your yard is waste free after each cleanup.
Arrival notification texts
You’ll receive an “on the way” text 5-15 minutes before we arrive, so you’re never surprised. No need to be home or come outside, but we ask that aggressive dogs are brought inside and access to cleaning areas is provided. This ensures smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Pet safety
We double check that your gate is securely latched before leaving and sanitize our equipment and shoes with kennel grade disinfectant. Our custom built Germ Away System ensures our shoes and equipment are thoroughly sanitized between clients, keeping dogs and people safe.
Waste hauled away
We securely bag the waste and remove it from your property for proper disposal. This keeps your garbage can clean and odor-free, so you don’t have to deal with lingering smells.
Digital service notes
We add service notes to your online client portal after each visit. If we notice anything unusual about your dog’s waste, we’ll let you know immediately.
Clean yard guarantee
If your cleanup ever falls short of expectations, we’ll come back as soon as possible to make it right and refund your service visit. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Where do I get a referral code?
Referral codes are shared by current Doo Away clients or partner businesses. You may receive one from a friend, neighbor, or family member who already uses our service or a partner business.
If someone referred you but didn’t share their code, just let us know and we’ll help.
How do I sign up using a referral code?
You can enter the referral code during online signup or mention it when signing up by phone or text. As long as the code is provided at signup, you will recieve your free service visits.
What do I get when I sign up with a referral code?
When you sign up using a valid referral code, you’ll receive 3 free service visits. Your referrer also receives 3 free service visits as a thank you.
There’s no catch or cancelation fees, the visits are completely free.
When do the free visits start?
Your free visits start immediately once the referral code is verified. There’s nothing extra you need to do.
After the free visits are used, your regular paid service continues automatically unless you choose to cancel.
Does the referral program apply to all services?
The referral program applies to all recurring service plans including bi-weekly, weekly, and twice weekly service. One time cleanups are not eligible for referral rewards.
