How one time cleanups work
Four simple steps to a cleaner, worry-free yard.
1. Schedule your cleanup
Pick a date that works for you, securely add a card for billing, and you’re all set. We’ll confirm your appointment and take care of the rest. Your card won't be charged until your cleanup is complete.
2. We send a text when on the way
On the day of your cleanup, we’ll text you before heading over so you know exactly when to expect us. No need to be home, just make sure the yard is accessible.
3. We thoroughly clean and haul the waste away
Your service technician will clean your yard in a back and forth lawn mower pattern twice to ensure they don't miss a spot. Then they'll bag all waste in 6 gallon trash bags and remove it from your property.
4. Your card is billed and we email your receipt
Once your yard is clean, we finalize the total and securely charge the card you added at booking. A detailed receipt arrives in your inbox right away with the option to leave a tip for your service technician.
One time cleanup pricing
This additional charge helps keep pricing fair, so you only pay for what we remove. Most yards that haven’t been cleaned in a month need 2–4 bags, while longer periods typically result in additional bags.

How soon can you come out?
In many cases, we’re able to schedule one-time cleanups within a day or two, depending on availability and weather.
Once you schedule, we’ll confirm your cleanup date and keep you informed before we arrive.
What if my yard is really bad or hasn't been cleaned in a while?
That’s completely okay and actually really common, especially in the spring after the snow melts. We regularly clean yards that haven’t been maintained for months or even longer.
We'll get everything cleaned up and haul the doo away so you can start fresh!
Do I need to be home for the cleanup?
No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we can safely access your yard, we can complete the cleanup while you’re away.
We’ll send a text notification shortly before we arrive so you know when to expect us.
Will you get every spot?
Our technicians will carefully walk your yard in a back and forth lawn mower type pattern scooping all the dog poop they see. Then they'll take a second pass going the opposite direction to ensure everything gets picked up.
Long grass, leaves, debris, and old waste that has partially decomposed into the ground makes it impossible to fully guarantee that we'll get every spot. But if you feel your cleanup was below standard or you’re not happy with the results, we’ll return promptly to fix it and make things right.
What happens after the cleanup?
After your one-time cleanup is complete, your yard will be fully cleaned and all waste will be hauled away. You'll be emailed a receipt with the option to tip your service technician if desired.
If you’d like to keep your yard clean going forward, we’re happy to help you transition into recurring service, but there’s no obligation to continue.
