Additional fees
To ensure fairness for all clients, we apply additional fees in specific situations. All applicable fees will be communicated to you before service begins.
Additional Dog Fee: $2 per additional dog over one.
Extra Large Yard Fee: For extra large yards that take significantly longer to properly clean.
Front and Backyard Fee: For cleaning both the front and backyard.

Get your first cleanup free!
New clients get their first cleanup free when signing up for bi-weekly, weekly, or twice weekly service.
Senior discount
Clients age 65 and older receive $2 off each recurring service visit to help keep their yards clean and safe within budget. This discount applies to weekly, bi-weekly, or twice weekly service.
Important Details:
- Available to clients 65+
- Discount applies to weekly, bi-weekly, or twice weekly recurring service.
- Cannot be combined with other recurring discounts (Military, Foster, Pet Industry).
- Discount does not apply while receiving free service visits or special promotional rates (including new-client and seasonal promos).
- Eligibility verification may be required
- Limit one Senior Discount per address.
Military discount
Active-duty, reserve, veteran, and retired military members receive $2 off each recurring service visit. It’s our way of showing appreciation for your service and helping make life at home a bit easier.

- Available to active-duty, reserve, veteran, and retired military members.
- Discount applies to weekly, bi-weekly, or twice-weekly recurring service.
- Cannot be combined with other recurring discounts (Senior, Foster, Pet Industry).
- Discount does not apply while receiving free service visits or special promotional rates (including new-client and seasonal promos).
- Eligibility verification may be required.
- Limit one Military Discount per address.
New dog adoption discount
If you adopted a dog within the last 30 days, your first four service visits are free when you sign up for weekly service. Bringing home a new pup is a busy time, we're here to make the transition a little easier.

- Available to clients who adopted a new dog within the last 30 days
- Includes the first 4 weekly service visits free
- Requires enrollment in weekly recurring service
- Cannot be combined with other special promotional rates (including new-client and seasonal promos)
- Qualified recurring discounts (Senior, Military, Foster, Industry Worker) will begin after the promotional period ends.
- Free visits have no cash value and are non-transferable
- Adoption verification may be required
- Limit one New Adoptee Discount per household

Pet industry worker discount
Veterinary staff, groomers, trainers, shelter workers, and other pet industry professionals receive $2 off each cleanup plus no additional dog fee for their second dog. It’s our way of supporting those who care for pets every day.
Important Details:
- Available to workers in veterinary, grooming, training, shelter/rescue, or other pet-related professions
- Includes $2 off per visit and no extra fee for a second dog
- Cannot be combined with other recurring discounts (Senior, Military, Foster)
- Discount does not apply while receiving free service visits or special promotional rates (including new-client and seasonal promos)
- Employment verification may be required
- Limit one Pet Industry Worker Discount per address
Foster parent discount
We waive additional dog fees for up to five dogs in your care. If you’re fostering through a rescue or shelter, this discount helps support the amazing work you do.
Important Details:
- Available to active dog foster parents working with a rescue or shelter.
- Waived extra-dog fees apply for up to 5 total dogs
- Extra dogs beyond 5 are billed at standard additional dog rates.
- Cannot be combined with other recurring discounts (Senior, Military, Pet Industry)
- Discount does not apply while receiving free service visits or special promotional rates (including new-client and seasonal promos)
- Eligibility verification may be required
- Limit one Foster Parent Discount per address
Referral discount
Use a valid referral or partner code at signup and you’ll get three free service visits added to your account. It’s an easy way to save when a friend recommends Doo Away.

- Provides 3 free service visits when signing up with a valid referral code
- Applies only to recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly, or twice-weekly)
- Qualified recurring discounts (Senior, Military, Foster, Industry Worker) will begin after the promotional period ends.
- Free visits have no cash value and are non-transferable
- Free visits apply after code verification
- Fraudulent or self-referrals may result in removal of credits

Pricing FAQs
Common questions and answers regarding our pricing and how we bill.
How does billing work?
We bill your card on file on the 1st of each month for the service visits completed in the previous month (postpaid). Because we bill per visit, your monthly total may be slightly higher or lower depending on how many service visits occurred that month (for example, due to calendar timing).
We choose to bill after service is completed because we believe it’s the most fair and transparent method, ensuring you only pay for visits that actually happened.
What happens if I skip a service visit?
Sometimes things pop up and you need to skip or reschedule a service visit — that’s no problem. Just let us know before we arrive, and we’ll skip or attempt to reschedule your visit at no charge.
If we’ve already arrived on site, the visit will be billed as a full service visit.
If we need to cancel due to weather or holidays, you’re never charged. We’ll attempt to reschedule, and if that’s not possible, service will simply resume on your next scheduled visit.
Can I pause or cancel service?
Yes. There are no contracts, and you can pause or cancel service at any time. You may pause service for up to 90 days if needed.
To cancel, just give us a call, text, email, or cancel through your client portal account. Upon cancellation, any unpaid completed visits will be billed as usual, and no future visits will be charged. We aim to keep things flexible and hassle-free.
What fees do you charge?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Your regular rate covers the full service, including waste removal and disposal. In some cases, the following additional per visit fees may apply:
- Additional dog fee of $2 per dog over one.
- Large yards that take significantly longer than average.
- Multiple separate areas (front and back yard) that increase service time.
- Inaccessible yard due to locked gate, inoperable gate, or dangerous dog in yard will be billed at full service rate.
- Late cancellations or rescheduled visits that aren't communicated prior to arrival will be billed at full service rate.
If an extra fee ever applies, we’ll communicate it clearly. There are no hidden fees, fuel charges, or surprise add-ons.
How do I add a card on file for billing?
You can securely add or update your card at any time through your client portal account. Alternatively, you can give us a call to add your card over the phone.
We use industry standard payment processing, and your full card details are never visible to our team. If you need help, just reach out and we’ll happily assist.
