After you sign up, we assign a service day based on your location and service plan. On your scheduled day, we'll send a text when on the way, clean your yard in a back and forth pattern to ensure full coverage, and haul the waste away. We'll keep your yard clean week after week so you won't have to stress about getting the yard cleaned up.

All Doo Away technicians are uniformed, background checked, and arrive in professional branded trucks. You’ll receive a text notification shortly before we arrive so you know exactly when to expect us.

In most cases, yes. Friendly dogs are typically fine to remain outside during service.

If a dog is aggressive, jumpy, or makes our technician feel unsafe, we’ll ask that the dog be brought indoors for future visits to keep everyone safe.

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. Our trained technicians are trained, dog-friendly, and follow strict safety guidelines while on your property.

All equipment and shoes are sanitized between every service visit using a kennel grade disinfectant and our custom built Germ Away Sanitization System. This system is designed to prevent the spread of germs and diseases.

Yes, we provide service year-round, including during the winter. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we’ll attempt to reschedule your service visit. If we’re unable to do so, service will resume on your next scheduled visit and you won’t be billed for the missed cleanup.

Doo Away has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $14.49 per week. However, pricing depends on the number of dogs, service frequency, and yard size.

Most of our clients end up paying between $60 and $90 per month. You can view full pricing details on our pricing page.

We automatically bill your card on file once a month on the 1st, for all service visits completed during the previous month. Billing is postpaid so you only pay for visits that actually occurred.

Monthly totals may vary slightly depending on how many service visits occured during the month.

No. There are no contracts or long-term commitments.

You can pause or cancel service at any time, just notify us before your next scheduled visit.
