No! You do not need to be home as long as your yard is accessible and aggressive dogs are not in the yard.
We love to meet and work with dogs if they are friendly and allow us to do our job safely. If your dogs are aggressive or make it difficult for us to do our job, then you will need to bring them inside while we are cleaning your yard. If aggressive dogs are outside when we arrive, we'll give you a call and knock on your door to have them brought inside. If you are unable to bring them inside, we will be unable to service your yard until your next scheduled service visit and you will not receive a refund for the missed visit.
We send a text message letting you know we are on our way before each service visit. If you prefer not to receive text messages, just let us know!
Safety and trust are our top priorities. We do everything we can to ensure the safety of your pups. We will send you a text message when we are on the way with an arrival time, we double check gates are securely latched when leaving, and we sanitize our equipment and shoes with a kennel grade sanitizer to prevent cross contamination. Additionally, our trained service techs will alert you ASAP of any abnormalities in your dogs waste.
Our service technicians drive branded trucks and wear branded uniforms when providing service so you'll always know it's us in your yard.
We understand that things come up such as being out of town or forgetting to unlock the gate. Just give us a call or text as early as possible at (630) 277-966 to let us know.
How we respond depends on the type of bad weather expected. We will communicate any weather delays or rescheduling with you. Here is how we deal with some common weather types:
Rain: Service as normal
Lightning: Delay until it passes. Cancel service visit
Light Snow: Service as normal
Heavy snow: Cancel service visit
We will attempt to reschedule service if canceled due to weather, but we are not always able to. You will never be charged for a service visit that is canceled due to inclement weather.
We service different areas throughout the week to maximize efficiency and keep our prices affordable. While we make every effort to meet specific scheduling preferences, please understand that we may not always be able to accommodate them.
Weekly, Twice Weekly, or Every Other Week Service:
We automatically charge a card on file on the 1st of each month for the previous months service visits. We charge per individual service visit. For this reason, some months may have a higher bill than other months, depending on the number of service visits that month.
Example:
You pay $19.95 per visit and we service your yard 4 times in April. On 5/1, your card on file will be automatically charged $79.80.
Of course! We scoop all year long, no matter the season!
We recommend keeping your lawn cut on a regular basis and removing leaves and debris. We can only pick up what we can see.
Gates need to be functioning and accessible
Aggressive dogs need to be left inside while we are cleaning your yard. We'll send a text message when we are on the way so you can bring them in. If they are outside when we arrive, we'll give you a call and knock on your door to have them brought inside.
