2. We schedule your initial cleanup
Once you sign up, we’ll reach out to confirm your service day and answer any questions. Before each cleanup, you’ll get a quick text letting you know we’re on the way. Upon arrival, we’ll enter your yard and get to work. No need to be home or come outside.
3. Your technician cleans your yard
A trained, background checked technician walks your yard in a grid pattern, picks up all visible dog waste, bags it, and removes it from your property for disposal. We sanitize our equipment between each client for safety and let you know if we notice anything unusual about your dog’s waste.

Do you provide dog waste removal service all year long?
Yes! Doo Away provides dog waste removal services year round. In the winter, we scoop any waste sitting on top of the snow so it doesn’t build up or create a mess when things melt.
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority. All Doo Away technicians are background checked, trained, and uniformed for your peace of mind. We always secure gates behind us when entering and double check that they are fully latched when leaving.
To ensure all dogs are safe, we have designed and built an automatic sanitization system called The Germ Away System that disinfects our tools and footwear between each stop using a kennel-grade disinfectant. This helps prevent the spread of bacteria and keeps your yard safe for both dogs and people.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes! As long as your dog is friendly, we’re happy to work with them outside. Most pups enjoy hanging out with us while we clean! If your dog has shown signs of aggression or is protective of the yard, we ask that they stay indoors during the visit. This ensures the safety of both your pet and our technician. If we do notice aggressive behavior, we may need to request that your dog be inside for all future visits.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
Nope! You can start, pause, and cancel your service at any time through your client portal account or by contacting us.
